13 Oct 2026 — the old copy here explained a legal rationale (TLC Ch. 59, Port Authority rules) and carried a note to have it checked by a transportation attorney. That copy is gone. The text now states the service only: we pick up in New York as well as New Jersey, and nothing on the page explains why we may. New York pickups were enabled on Burak's confirmation that the three conditions beside CONFIG.nyPickupAllowed are met. Keep it this way — do not put a legal justification back on the page.
